Recipe of the Day

Chili Chicken Quesadilla
















2 tortilla wraps

1lb boneless chicken breast, roughly cubed

1/2c chicken broth

2tbsp olive oil

1c shredded cheddar cheese

1tbsp chili powder

1/2tsp granulated garlic

1/4tsp allspice

1/2tsp kosher salt

1/4tsp pepper


Heat up 1tbsp oil  in sauté pan on medium high heat for two minutes, add chicken, brown for several minutes. Mix in spices then add chicken broth, cover and simmer for five minutes or until chicken is fully cooked stirring occasionally. Once done in a clean sauté pan heat up rest of oil on medium low place the tortilla flat in pan add 1/2 cup of cheese and half of cooked chicken. Cook until tortilla is brown fold tortilla and slide out of pan. Cut in fours, Drizzle your favorite taco sauce on top and serve!
